Cancel the license to use the trademark

A service that allows the trademark owner or licensee to cancel the license to use the trademark after submitting the necessary documents.

- Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/

- 1- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Trademark Service.

- 2- Login to the Trademark Portal.

- 3- Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail.
4.
- 4- Click on “Cancel License” icon.
5.
- 5- Fill in the data of the trademark whose license is to be cancelled.
6.
- 6- Pay the license cancellation and publication fees.
